Anthony Ng built the Gym Day app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Anthony Ng at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Gym Day unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Health Data

With your permission, Gym Day accesses health data through Apple HealthKit on iOS and Health Connect on Android. This data is limited to heart rate and calories burned, and is used only to display this information to you within the app.

Health data is only synced between the app and HealthKit or Health Connect on your device. It is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to my servers, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or analytics.

You can grant or revoke access to health data at any time in the Health app settings on iOS or in Health Connect settings on Android.

Data Deletion

All data you enter into Gym Day, including health data, is stored locally on your device. You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the app. Data that has been synced to HealthKit or Health Connect can be deleted from the Health app on iOS or from Health Connect on Android.

Log Data

In a case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, OS version, app config, usage time/date, and other stats.

Cookies

This Service does not use cookies explicitly, but third-party code may use them. You may accept or refuse them; refusal may limit functionality.

Service Providers

I may employ third-party companies to facilitate, provide, or analyze the Service. They may access your Personal Information, but only to perform their tasks and are obligated not to disclose it.

Security

While I strive to protect your information, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure. I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is found, I delete it. Parents may contact me for removal.
